They explained it would be cost efficient to replace my laptop instead of fixing and due to the time I had, we decided to replaced and it they charge a fair price to transfer everything from my old to my new laptop. “I had a good experience at Best Buy. We went in looking for a gas line for our dryer. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the exact fitting that matched our unit, but the staff was still very helpful and kind while assisting us and trying to find a solution.
The store itself was nice and clean, and the employees were friendly and willing to help even though we didn’t end up finding the part we needed. It’s still a great place to shop for electronics and appliances, and I’d definitely come back in the future.”

“I recently got water damage on my MacBook and urgently needed to have the inside cleaned to give it the best chance of survival. I decided to go to Alice Computerworks because they don’t require reservations, and I didn’t have to wait or go through the lengthy procedures you get at the Apple Genius Bar. I brought my laptop in, and within an hour they had cleaned the inside of my MacBook. The service was super fast and the people there were very helpful.
If your laptop ever suffers water damage, I highly recommend bringing it here so you can get it looked at immediately. Even if the damage is severe and parts need replacing, they can handle the repairs and even help communicate with Apple, so you don’t have to worry about it yourself.”

I explained my situation and he literally gave me a breakdown of all of my MacBook options along with his suggestions and the reasons why he felt they would be a good fit for my needs. This experience was a HUGE level up from my experience at the Grove. I know Eddie doesn’t get commission for selling me the MacBook I decided to purchase but seriously, if you’re not a techy like me and need help in choosing the best Apple product for you, request Eddie. “ook my laptop in yesterday (2/29). I had a problem with the AC jack, a part had fallen out of it years ago and I was finally attempting to revive it. I brought it in, and right away the owner could see what the problem was. I got a text later that day saying that it would be available the next day (3/1). I texted back in the early afternoon confirming if it was ready and it was!
Obviously, whether your laptop is ready the next day depends on what you need to fix it and whether or not they have the part for it. If I have any future laptop or computer issues, The Laptop Experts will be the first place I go. A very good first impression!”

Their pricing is competitive and we signed up for their loyalty program to get an additional 3% off future purchases. They are across the street from our favorite car wash and there's convenient parking in the back and it's a short walk around to the front to enter.”

It was ready for me to pick up the next day, where as other computer repair shops I called (including the Apple store) would have it ready in 7 days or more, for literally more than double to price. Totally worth it and I'm so glad my computer is working.”

“As a certifed CompTIA A+ computer technician, already knew the reason my Surface Pro 7 Plus was not working. Running another business do not have time to repair my own PC. Took my pc to 3 repair shops, and this shop instantly knew what needs to be repaired as the others guessed wrong. Less than a day, they soldered motherboard, and they had honest pricing with fast service. Most repair shops refer to YouTube fix it yourself videos these days, it was nice to know these guys know what they are doing!”

Super professional and really knowledgeable (and I built my own pc). Fixed my issue and saved my hide and the price could not have been more reasonable. Great service great professionalism.
