They simply don't answer their phones. Have a question? Too bad. Want to confirm? Too bad.I rented from this location before because it was convenient (located inside of Longo), but this is a terrible Enterprise to deal with.

I was lent a rental due to an accident. I arrived on Monday 1/8/24 to Longo Enterprise. I was quickly assisted and within 15 minutes was given the rental. Enterprise employee went over all the damages on the vehicle and i was on my way. I called later that day to inquire about switching the vehicle due to it having a smell. Person who answered the phone said to arrive on Tuesday and they would switch it out. I arrived 5 minutes before opening the time and the gentleman at the desk was quick to help. I informed him of the situation and i was helped and on my way quickly. Everyone there was so helpful and nice. I would definitely do business at Longo Enterprise when I need a rental.

I had used enterprise for several times in the past. But last week when I rented the car at this place. It was so disappointing! I got charged the price of luxury car for a Standard SUV! I also had asked for an AWD, and when I looked up the vin number, turned out it was only front wheel drive! I can't believe i got tricked like that. Very very disappointing.I dont think i will rent from enterprise again!

I have rented at this particular Enterprise before for their selection of vehicles and availability, along with customer service. This time, I chose this location out of Standard SUV selection for a family trip that I planned for. The lady that servedme assigned me a Chevrolet Equinox in which did not appear to fit what I reserved. She stated that it would fit meComfortably four passengers and 5 suitcases perfectly. On the day of the trip, I tried to fit four luggage’s and ended up having to play Tetris and had my view blocked and thankfully the 4th passenger did not go on the trip. It was cramped and I was super upset at 4am when dealing with this mess. Why would she force me into a vehicle that I did not reserve and pay for.

This is the best enterprise rental location in the area; clean and newer car than others, longer business hours. Great customer services as well.

I rented a vehicle for about five weeks while my vehicle was in the repair shop across the way at Longo Toyota Collision which I found to have been very convenient. Branch Rental Manager Alonzo and Representative Clement went above and beyond by explaining the process as well as answering any questions I may have had as well as helping me get into a vehicle that suited me. I highly recommend this location with its friendly and helpful staff.

so the other day my fiance was trying to get a rental from enterprise his insurance provided and I was on the phone with him the lady says okay were gonna charge 150$ on your debit card. He automatically goes 150? Why and I just said babe its the deposit I over hear the lady say oh wow they didn't tell you? So I made a comment (again I'm on the phone) and I said, wow that's her job to tell you sheesh they don't know how to do there job or what? apparently I was on speaker and the lady says she can't talk to me like that my fiance says she wasn't talking to you she was talking to me. He ended up not having his physical debit card so he had to come back. We came back today and an Asian man (manager idk) then refused to rent a car to us saying we cussed them out which did not happen at all. This could've all been avoided if the lady or staff just correctly informed my fiance of the charges like they are supposed to.Coming from a family who has purchased many vehicles from longo, it is an extreme disappointment to see this behavior from a linked business.I'd advice for the enterprise is to correctly train their staff on the protocol and extra charges that may occur during a customer renting from their establishment.Update;Was told to email so they can look further into the situation. The lady who emailed me back just blamed my insurance for not telling us the deposit. The deposit was not the issue here, it was the staff and how they made up a story and refused to rent to us!
