We went in for trade ins and data transfers and Hugo was extremely knowledgeable about everything and offered the best customer support.While waiting I witnessed him interact with an angry customer and Hugo handled himself outstandingly, he kept his cool and diffused the situation, made calls to support that angry lady and did his best to accommodate her absurd demands.
