Carlos was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable while helping us set up with my son’s new iPhone He got everything transferred over and working perfectly before we left. “We've been happy customers of Giggle Fiber for years, but their customer service really impressed me when we started suddenly to have a weaker signal. The technician, Leo, came out and determined that the connections had been damaged by the elements and rodents, so he ran a new cable from the pole to the house. And then he agreed to run new cabling within the house to the modem, thereby allowing us to remove the outside cable that was an eyesore on a historical home. Leo spent a lot of time running that new cable, and did not charge us. Needless to say, we think Giggle Fiber has the best customer service of any internet provider out there. Thanks Leo!”

“I had an issue transferring phone service from another carrier to Boost, and stopped by the Boost store in Covina (Arrow Hwy & Azusa Ave.) The service rep (going by memory, I believe reps' name was Martin) did an excellent job setting up service with Boost, which was a tricky situation for a number of reasons, knew all the work arounds to get it done, and was patient as it took a little time. Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.”

“Thank Jesus for the help. I needed to return two 5G devices and was supposed to call T-Mobile to process the return, but it had been many years and I no longer remembered the account number I used when I opened the 5G service. Jesus was very kind and helped me resolve the issue.

It was time to upgrade three phones and did not want to encounter a hassle as in years past. If you want to be treated with respect & the utmost kindness, look for Jen to assist you. Jen went above and beyond the norm to get everything handled in one visit. Not only did she take her time to make sure we were happy with our transaction but she also was multitasking and assisting others while we waited. No one was left unattended. It was a busy day (Veterans' Day). Jen's personable demeanor and friendly smile is what made a difference, and I absolutely will be returning to this AT&T location. “I’ve had such a great experience at TMobile in Pico Rivera that I have to post about my experience. I randomly walked in to switch providers and was helped by Jose Blanco. Genuinely nice guy and very patient in answering any and all questions we had. The deal was made but it was closing time so there were still many open items and things to clarify. Since that day we’ve called for Jose and he called back when he became available, and we went in for a few follow up visits and we specifically asked for Jose as he knew what we were trying to accomplish with our new plan. Each time, he welcomed us and continued to be friendly and patient as we required a lot of help getting set up, this was mainly due to us not being fully ready up front for the transition. We are now set up with all the details thanks to Jose. Also, I can confirm that TMobile maybe has the best coverage I’ve experienced in the Los Angeles area. Job well done, happy so far with TMobile and a lot of the sentiment has to do with our experience with Jose. Thanks man!”
