“I had an issue transferring phone service from another carrier to Boost, and stopped by the Boost store in Covina (Arrow Hwy & Azusa Ave.) The service rep (going by memory, I believe reps' name was Martin) did an excellent job setting up service with Boost, which was a tricky situation for a number of reasons, knew all the work arounds to get it done, and was patient as it took a little time. Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.”
“This corporate store is located in the Lone Hill Shopping Plaza (HomeGoods etc.). It's easily missed, because it sits facing the side of Home Depots Garden Center (closest to the entrance off Gladstone). The agents were knowledgeable and patient. Diego and Domenic, willingly answered all my questions.”

“This past Friday we had an amazing experience at this location. After reading most of the reviews, I was apprehensive to stop by. I'm glad I did not allow the negative comments to keep us away. It was time to upgrade three phones and did not want to encounter a hassle as in years past. If you want to be treated with respect & the utmost kindness, look for Jen to assist you. Jen went above and beyond the norm to get everything handled in one visit. Not only did she take her time to make sure we were happy with our transaction but she also was multitasking and assisting others while we waited. No one was left unattended. It was a busy day (Veterans' Day). Jen's personable demeanor and friendly smile is what made a difference, and I absolutely will be returning to this AT&T location. “This was one of the most positive experiences I've ever had at a T-Mobile in all of the 12 years I've been a customer. I upgraded and was assisted by Geo who helped me navigate with my old phone that had touch screen issues. Saying above and beyond sounds cliche, but that's exactly what he did. “I would give it 5 stars. Because everything is fine, customer service is perfect.. But the team that works fails to activate the cell phones twice, according to them. They activate my cell phone and no calls come in, so they need more preparation”

“Easily the best T-Mobile store I've been too, the vibe is great the team has expert knowledge and they work to get you the best deal possible, they are a little more busier than some of the other stores in the area but it's clear why I don't mind waiting to go somewhere who's going to get my issue resolved the first time.”
“I took the time to write this review to acknowledge how great the customer service is at this location, especially from Kevin and Ana. They are both extremely knowledgeable and truly customer-service oriented. They do an incredible job and always make sure they understand exactly what you need.
What really stands out is that they remember customers even when you come back months later. I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years, and I can honestly say that Kevin and Ana go above and beyond. I wish all customer service experiences were like this.

“My family has been using italk bb for ten years. The service is very good. If the remote control is broken, you can replace it for free. The monitoring is also good. The equipment does not cost anything and the service fee is only a few dollars a month. It is very cost-effective. I like this store very much.”
