Felix kindness move me to tear of joy. I visited a store in the mall to return a new unused tennis shoe. I was told I could not get a credit return bec the computer does not show enough sales. I just needed a reverse credit return not cash. I was instructed to come back in the afternoon. I was very frustrated as it has never happened to me w the appropriate receipts. I wanted to share my appreciation for Felix (El Monter Warehouse and Outlet sketchers). Felix was very professional , knowledgeable, and very helpful.Kind of customer service that make you want to return to this store.Thank you Felix for this positive shopping experience. “I bought their leather heels which are super comfortable and a pair from their “on sale” bin. There’s loads of great options for different dance styles, designs and colors. Prices are fair. I got a free baggie and super cute car “heels” scent. Great customer service and very helpful. Note you must ring the bell so they will let you in.”

“Very nice store, super clean. Very friendly customer service. Huge variety of cowboy boots. And, just boots in general. Very large selection of cowboy apparel. Large variety of shirt's. They also have a large selection of belts and belt buckles. There is also plenty of cowboy hats. There are a couple of selections of sports coats that are really nice. The prices are reasonable. Some things are pricey, but it's worth the value in quality.”
