These guys were extremely helpful and helped me out immediately (when they weren't already preoccupied). They were successfully able to fix my tire, which turned out to have a piece of metal/knife in the treads.”

“A few months ago my 2015 Buick Encore needed the CV axles replaced. Before taking it to New Image I visited two other auto repair shops and was given a quote of over $1,000 to make the necessary repairs. I was already aware the parts would come to around $350 and that it wasn't that difficult of a repair, so I knew charging $600 or more in labor was simply an attempt by the other shops to rip me off. When I looked up additional auto garages and noticed New Image had an average of 4.5 and numerous 5 reviews I drove right over for another estimate. Since Alvaro, or "Al" gave me a quote of just $500 I had New Image do the work and all went well. Due to that prior experience with Al and New Image I returned there a couple weeks ago when the same vehicle began running and idling rough and seemed to lose power at times. Since I put a lot of miles on the vehicle and drive it pretty hard to reach work sites I suspected it was going to require major repairs. Instead Al diagnosed the issue as a relatively minor problem. The bill came to just a couple hundred dollars but even more pleasing was after arriving around 7:30am I drove off with repairs made by 10:00am!! I had even made a reservation for a rental care, figuring I wouldn't get my car back until late in the afternoon. Instead, when Al heard me talking to the rental car agency he urged me to cancel the reservation, saving me even more money. Who does that!!?? Usually auto shops don't even get around to looking at your vehicle until at least 11:00-12:00pm. Needless to say I'll never take my car anywhere but New Image for future tune-ups and repairs.”

When my 2005 Ford Focus wasn’t passing Smog, Martin helped fix the little issues it had that other mechanics swore would cost more thank $1k. Martin was honest and offered affordable prices.”

“Damm good decision!! Pep boys quoted a unbelievable price just for my jeeps back brakes. My mistake for going there. I know they're about the money. Found this little gem next to a building we were building. They took it in first thing in the morning and nailed it. They checked everything completely plus fixed a radiator hose that needed to be replaced. Got an oil change ALL for a good price by an excellent mechanic . They're not rich from taking money from the community, they're rich because they are honest!”

“Guys knew their stuff. I came in with a serious brake issue. I knew what was wrong, they confirmed it. I couldnt leave my car, had to wait. They got the parts delivered and knocked a front brake replacement, rotors and all in @ 3 hrs. Woulda been faster, but had to wait abit for parts to arrive. Brakes were shuddering before, now theyre like new... And under warranty. Note: always check online for discount coupons available. Manager was not aware there was one available for $75.00 off... Do due dilligence...”
