This USPS office is great.
I came here due to other USPS office could not help. I got everything completed here. Perfect service.
I just moved to this area, I was here to mail a document. The young man here is super helpful although he is new. Another people Kevin is also very nice. The process is very smooth.

The delivery men/women are super lazy... Refuse to walk a few more steps. Even if you give them the access code to the community, they refused to open the gate and drop off the package, they just left you a notice for you to drive miles to the office to pick it up on Saturday; and you always needed to wait for a long long long time to get your package in the post office.

post office has really gone down the gutter the last few years, customer service is horrible, lines are long and take forever. they've also lost packages and blamed me when their instructions were to do nothing and it would get redelivered.

They need to step up their customer service. I've been on hold for the "estimated time" (19-20 minutes, by the way). I'm still on hold as I wrote this. No pick up worst service.

I’m sooo confused I had a package that had to be delivered and they never even put in my mail box and just took it back. This is so ridiculous. Do your job it’s not hard you should be ashamed

Waiting for a long time is normal here at this location, I am very disappointed with A Spanish lady with the black mask standing by the passport window is very rude and racist!
