“Walking through the crowded aisles is like walking through that warehouse at the end of "Raiders of the Lost Ark." Whether or not you are looking for something in particular, you will find something here... Actually you will find many "somethings" as this place is a cornucopia of interesting items. Mid-century modern furniture seems to be in abundance, but turn of the century cuckoo clocks, lamps, and pretty much anything else you can imagine are yours to find; Just make sure you have a few hours to actually go through the isles, this is not a place for a cursory review. Staff is great. As for value... what is the value of a treasure?”
“The owner is a very nice guy is it the time to explain the history of the store also the items that sell in very large detail he bought a item I brought to the store even though it wasn't very much need for it thank you I have some more items for you lol”
“Stars is a really fun place to browse and shop. The place is enormous. Any kind of antique or vintage item, you are likely to find in this store. You feel like a bona fide explorer as you wander around. There is an upstairs as well, but you have to be careful with the steep stairs as you go up and down. The 1000’s of items are many and varied, and you can find just about anything that is vintage in nature - knick knacks, clothes, shoes, books, jewelry, dishware, and on and on. Prices do vary greatly, though, so shop carefully. Enjoy!”

“Marco was so kind. I have a 1948 Wedgewood stove that he was able to repair and calibrate so I could install it in my newly renovated retro kitchen. He explained everything I needed to know, fit me in at the last minute, and I know when I am ready to do the full restoration, I will definitely call him.”
“This store is just Fantastic, very cool and interesting items to purchase in here. This store has a lot of laboratory equipment and machines that were used in a lot of films. The store owner is very knowledgeable about each prop. If the door seems to be locked, just knock and the store owner will let you in. I highly recommend stopping here. I'll definitely stop here again. I did buy an item here. On street parking is limited but, there is a paid parking lot one block over. Well worth the trip here.”
“Great outdoor market with free parking and $5 general entry. Plenty of vendors and you need about 2 hours see most of the benefits. There are food trucks here, portable restrooms, and leashed pets are allowed.”
“The COOLEST place in L.A. to see movie and television memorabilia! First of all, it’s amazing they even let you in the door and casually walk around this gigantic warehouse full to the brim with props from television and movie history. All is for rent, nothing is for sale, but prepare to have the time of your life just walking around and taking it all in! Wow! So much fun!”
“This place is just full of cool stuff. One of those places I drove by so many times and always said I would go and one day I finally did and all I could tell myself is I should have stopped in a long time ago. Definitely did not disappoint and I was wowed by all the cool stuff. So much history in there. The owner was super helpful and nice. I ended up buying a few pins. I collect them and he had a lot to look through. My husband is interested in a few big items so we definitely plan to go back. There is something for everyone in there. In my next visit I will take more pictures but for now I only have a picture of the pins I purchased.”

There are so many unique items in here and they are very well priced. Be prepared to spend a good bit of time in here as it’s not a small shop as it may appear on the outside.
