Terrible customer service. How is it possible that the hotel canceled my reservation because I arrived at 4AM when I called them a few hours ago to let them know that I will arive late (Spoeken with Gabriel) ? My travel agent also called them TWICE the week before.Do better.

We had a really nice experience here. Our room had an issue with the bathroom door and the front desk had it fixed while we were at dinner and extra towels came super fast. The room was tight for 4 adult-sized humans, but worked fine. Everything was clean and the balcony was a nice add-on. Breakfast was good.

The room was nice but the A/C wasn't working at all and we had a first floor room on top of the water pump and every 4 minutes an horrible vibration sounded making imposible to sleep, won't recommend ever worst price-

Decent place to stay. We had a problem with the air-conditioning, it was resolved fairly quickly by moving to another room.Rooms: Rooms need updated but it is a good value.Walkability: You can walk to nearby restaurants fairly easily.Food & drinks: Great breakfast included with room

Staff is nice, upgraded my room after several requests. Didn’t like housekeeping walking in my room at 8am. when I informed the front desk they said “oh I’ll have the supervisor look at that.” Look at what? Why is housekeeping entering my room at 8am? No apologies either. Their TVS don’t have any internet TV, so stuck to direct TV. Pool is heated so that’s nice. Room smelled like mildew and mold. A very strong smell, our bed and towels also had pieces of hair on it. Being here was just for the convenience of the location. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Not great. The tub drain backed up so standing water while taking a shower. Pretty gross.TV remote didn't seem to want to change channels in any normal way, i.e. up/dn channel. Had to enter individual channel number, and then could only enter 1-9, no double digits. First world problem, but it matters when traveling.Sink hot water never did get hot after letting it run for several minutes and even turning on the shower.Bed sheets felt clean and crisp! Well done on that front.

Needed a quick one night stay after an evening arrival into LAX. Shuttle pick up took a bit after calling, but it worked fine. Easy check in. The hotel is old, but the lobby and outdoor courtyard is nice. 24/7 coffee was available. Bit of a maze trying to find our rooms. Rooms were definitely not up to Marriott standards...they smelled awful...smoky/body odor/litter box scent. Rooms are really small and insulation was poor...we heard every door slam and people coming and going all night long. They do provide a sound machine, which helped, but obviously they get complaints about the noise. Bed was comfy. Location is great... walkable to lots of restaurants and a grocery store across the street. Worked for 1 night, but would probably choose somewhere else next time.

Room smelled of mold and mildew. Opened the sliding door to the balcony but couldn't get rid of the smell. Asked to be moved to another room and they moved us but that room also smelled. Could not take the smell. Was refunded and the hosts were very good about it. I love Marriott properties but this one needs an overhaul.
