“Truly terrific service! I blitzed in the door with a load of gifts to go to two different addresses on opposite sides of the country. One had long, skinny dowels and a bunch of size mis-matched items, some fragile. The other had plain fragile items and overall less random sizing. It took quite a bit of measuring and re-fitting to find the right box, pack all the fragile items in bubble wrap, collect the addresses, and ready the boxes for out the door and on their way. Robin was great, totally unflappable even when two customers with different questions arrived in the middle of my boxing up. They were happy to "get in and get out" without complications, and I was OK with the interruption--it's that kind of place--people are courteous and careful! Major applause to Robin, who despite my items' mis-matched sizes and a Rubic's cube of ways to keep the fragiles organized in the boxes and delivered safely, got it all done pretty quickly even while interrupted by quick-question customers. I didn't have the heart to make them wait for simple things when my double-box set was kind of a pain to wait through. Led to some nice conversation, too! Smiles all round at the end, so: Wow! I'd go back with no hesitation! AAA+++ from AA:)”

“This is the best post office I’ve ever been to. The staff is always so warm, so welcoming, efficient, helpful. They have a lovely little section of the shop with candles, jewelry, journals, playing cards etc. I truly look forward to when I have mail to send and I will never go anywhere else. They also seem to know everyone by name who has a post box there so seems like a great place to do that.”

I started to use here several years ago since I knew almost 3-4 years. I always sending huge box to Korea and they send it without any issue. I usually sent used cloth for sibling’s kid, sometimes used toys and snacks.

Ever since I found out about this place 3 or 4 years ago, I have been using Lako since I drive to Korea to send parcels, even though it is almost an hour away. The price is reasonable, the delivery is made without a single omission or mistake, and the person is very kind.
I always send my children's clothes, snacks and toys for my nieces and nephews to my sisters in Korea in a really big box, and the price is so reasonable and it's so reliable that I even asked them to keep it for a long time haha.
I've only sent it to Korea, so I'm not sure about other countries, but if you really want to send something to Korea, I highly recommend it!!”

“Last year my artist step dad passed away he left me his last painting. I was a need to mail painting to Brooklyn from LA however I couldn’t think of how to mail a painting. I couldn’t take it on the plane. I couldn’t take it to FedEx. They didn’t have the right size box so I found this nice mailbox shipping store. I asked them could they do it and they took over the whole project made a box for the specific dimensions, Bubble wrapped it to make sure it will be safe to travel all the way to Brooklyn, New York from Los Angeles..
