“I was so thankful for the quality customer service experience. These days customer service has become obsolete. I really feel like this store truly builds and invests in relationships with the individual buyer and the community at large . As someone that suffered a severe spinal cord injury after being hit by a car, I decided to take the plunge and invested in a quality mattress. I would not shop anywhere else. “We got the adoptPro mattress and pillows. It was an amazing feeling. The crew is the best, especially Shawn! He’s funny, friendly and very informative about the products and cater to our needs.UPDATE: haven’t received our mattress yet. Three calls later, turns out that their system had a glitch when we ordered and sold us an adapt Pro version 2 that is not even available. We wouldn’t know if we didn’t call 3 times. We are now sleeping on our couch for how long who knows!Even though the team was great, the overall experience is not going smoothly as we’d hoped.UPDATE: They apologized for the delay and componsated us with a free set of sheets. I feel taken care of. Mistakes can happen, they did their best.”

“First thing first, Hank was awesome! I don't post reviews but had such a positive experience finding my new Cal King mattress that I wanted to pay it back to Hank and acknowledge his professionalism and willingness to get me the best deal possible. I decided to get the Puffy Royal Hybrid and an accompanying adjustable bed frame, both of which I love. I personally like the sink in feeling of memory foam and the Puffy just felt right from the first second I laid on it. Also, the adjustable frame is solid and I didn't realize how much I'd appreciate the ability to change positions. Hank was very knowledgeable about all the latest technology across different mattress styles and has a longstanding history in the industry. His willingness to work with me on pricing was greatly appreciated; let's just say he offered the best deal I could find across numerous stores I went to by a long shot! The delivery team was also super reliable and set up everything with white glove service. You really can't find a better store in town. Just show up and have them set you up with your dream bed!”
“Very responsive and thorough help here. Of note, I was helped by Shel and Ryan when purchasing out my mattress. Ryan provided most of the help as I saw him on multiple occasions. He was able to help me find the right choice for me, and wasn't pushy. Very understanding and tried his best to help me find the right fit. I ended up having to do exchange but the second mattress I exchanged for ended up being the perfect fit. Very happy, thank you !!”

“I needed a Queen mattress for our spare bedroom. Jared was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products he offered. I thought and assumed I would need a box spring and in fact I did not..he did not try and sell me on anything I did not need which I appreciated. I got an amazing queen mattress at a reasonable price. My mother-in-law who slept on the mattress first during her visit LOVED it. Great experience including the delivery. They even took away my old mattress and for free! Thank you, Jared's mattress!”

“Everything was going smoothly. The customer service and prices were good. The trouble started when it was time to deliver. The day before delivery, they call me and say that the delivery is going to be 1 week late! I am worried if it will even be delivered in a week. Update: Jackson called me and apologized the delay. He was really sincere and understood. He even gave me a refund on the delivery as an apology. The refund did come a few days after the mattress was delivered. 1 week later, the mattress and base was delivered on time. The delivery people were very friendly and knew what they were doing. They came on time and had it completed in about 20mins.Overall, a little bumpy but the great customer service and the price is the reason you want to go here. At least try coming here first!”

“I got to find this place by mere chance, and I'm so happy I did! My daughter decided to switch up her bed frame so we were looking for a foundation and found this place randomly when looking close to our house. The whole experience was a great one, and come to find out, the guy running it is a 1 man show there which was great because when we called and inquired, his prices beat out everywhere else we called, he offered to deliver it to us (5 min away) when we asked about delivery (he does charge for farther deliveries of course), showed us the piece when we arrived and then delivered it to us after work hours as well. Since the moment I spoke to him I can tell he is a stand up guy and I love supporting small businesses like these, ESPECIALLY when every aspect was a great experience. Thank you! We will definitely do our business here next time and the future!”

“If you need a mattress, go see Derek the manager of this store. He was super knowledgeable, stayed within our price range and kept showing us options and choices. He knows all about mattresses and beds. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need or want. I was surprised to learn that their salespeople go through hundreds of hours of training to learn all about mattresses before they can help a customer. It's rare these days that a company puts their people through that type of training. But it was evident in our experience with Derek. A great store, not overwhelming, and they really explain all their products and how mattresses are made.”

Joe + Chuck here are great, knowledgeable and patient.
