He took the time to explain the different frames and options, had us try several mattresses, and really listened to what I needed. “When my husband and I walked into the store, Peter was the only one working the floor and he was already involved with another couple. He came over to us and asked how he could help us and explained that he was working with another’ couple. He was very courteous with us and helped us make a decision. And said he would be with us next. It was no time before he was helping us, we made a decision,, then changed our mind because of pricing, and Peter made us feel so comfortable about making that decision. I appreciated his caring attitude. I will definitely recommend this business to my friends.”

“Omg these guys are seriously the nicest and most accommodating mattresses shop in LA. And I've dealt with a LOT bc I have orthopedic issues and spend a lot of time in bed so I not only need a good mattress but I have to replace mine more frequently. I've worked w them a few times now and they are consistently courteous, resourceful and very fair on price and their policies. They are also easy to communicate with and their delivery ppl are super helpful and friendly too. It's rare in this town! I highly recommend and will definitely be back.”

“Trevor was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. My wife and kids stopped in just to buy the squishy toy for my daughters and Trevor didn't rush us, didn't pressure us, or make us feel unwelcome at all. Instead, he let us take our time, he was patient enough to answer every question, joke around a little bit, and we actually ended up trying out all the beds. We are now planning to purchase one when we relocate back to Socal. Wonderful experience from an awesome host. As a small business owner myself I know how rare and valuable team members like Trevor are. Great asset to the company. Thank you, Trevor! - Karl”

“I got a custom couch made almost two years ago and it still looks brand new. Very impressed with the quality and everyone who sits on the couch comments on how nice it is. I’d definitely recommend splurging for the premium cushion fill as it makes a huge difference in comfort and longevity of the couch. The people working here were very friendly and helpful. Communication and delivery were also top notch.”

“This is by far the best adjustable bed on the market. We have a standard adjustable bed at our house that is OK but we needed an adjustable for our RV and not many companies provide custom fit adjustable beds. Axel Bloom does. Update: I accidentally broke a bed slat. I asked to purchase 2 so I could fix the bed and have an extra just in case. He sent me 4 at no cost. Not saying he'll do that for everyone but that was extra nice. Best customer service EVER! First this really helpful guy started helping us with our order. Then he contacted us to ensure everything was perfect with delivery instructions. Then the same guy called to see if delivery was good and he gave me his cell to call if I needed help putting it together. The instructions were perfect so I did not need to call I broke a part and he is sending a replacement part. This guy should be employee of the year. Come to find out, he is the CEO/Owner Yong Axel Bloom. This is good Ole fashion customer service. The bed is made well and appears as though it will last for years. Thank you sir. Very happy customer.”
