“Great customer service and delivery with Mattress Warehouse. The owner Marco is very kind and calm and listened to our needs. We've been to several mattress stores to look around before deciding to purchase one here. We originally purchased a mattress but after a week of testing it out, we realize it was too soft for our backs and we called and Marco told us to come back to the store and select a new one free of charge, no hassle. He even brought out a few different beds for us to test out from the warehouse. In the end, we got a firmer bed. Delivery was within 2 days. We were so appreciative. Highly recommend , got a good selection of bed options, prices are good and you can't beat the customer service and that's really important especially with a big purchase.
