“My experience at Nippon Express USA.I come from a aerospace background, I never worked for a logistics warehouse, so I had no clue what I was getting myself into, only experience I had was driving a forklift coming into this job,David Tran, though me a lot of the operations in the warehouse, from loading/offloading cargo from incoming/outgoing trucks, loading (BM2, AMAC, Etc.) and helped me sharpen my skills imputing data and checking paperwork for outgoing cargo. I learn a lot more than I have ever imagined.Also, Elson thought me a lot about how a warehouse operates, from minor details and moving sensitive cargo, too being more efficient and dependable to the team.I would also like to thank Rob, for giving me the opportunity to be part of team and helped me learn everything that I know now.With all that being said, Nippon is a good place to work for, yes there is long hours at times(10-12hrs shifts), just like there’s short days (can be from 6-8hrs shifts depending if you wanna stay or keep working), they are open to teach you a lot of new skills! So go in with a positive attitude and wish you guys nothing the best!”
“I was left with a delivery at my driveway, a 26 x. 10 rug!
I had thought the delivery would take away my existing 25 year old carpet and place the new one!
They did not, a Designer recommended Five Star, they came to my home within 2 hours, they took away the old carpet, waited while we cleaned the floor under the carpet, then helped place the rug pad, placed the rug according to my very picky
instructions and then replaced my heavy furniture and accessories!
They were patient, charming & efficient!

I was so happy to have found a self-storage facility that actually delivers exceptional customer care. I had an unexpected urgent need for storage of some personal belongings. The agent that introduced himself and worked with me extended exceptional customer care, explanation of options, security, and the safety features of the building. I was impressed by the automatic lighting on the floors, inability for customers from other floors to go to floors other than the assigned floor, locks, open hours, and even support for an urgent need for access after hours.

“Kept my truck here for a year with no issues. Lot is very secure and in a safe and busy area of shopping malls and office parks. It's also accessible by metro, just around the corner from the Douglas stop on the pink K line. So you can get there from LAX without paying for a taxi. Payment system is easy to use. Brett is super nice and helpful.”
