“Super great service. They were the only company to come to my house in person to give me an estimate. The pricing was competitive with other moving companies of the same caliber. The Initial moving team that loaded the truck. Was very professional and handled everything with ease. Any issue I had the quote from that crew was “I Got You.” They had solution solutions to all of my moving needs, including creating a Remington bronze statue. Upon delivery, they were on time as told, and very efficient Assembled all of my furniture that was disassembled during the move. The company that came to uncrate my Remington statue was extremely professional also and on time. All of my furniture was wrapped in moving blankets and packed very efficiently. I had zero damage of any of my belongings. The price I was exactly what they quoted. The driver kept me posted as to where he was and what day and time he would be at my house to deliver my belongings. He was on time showed up with a great crew to unload everything put everything in its exact place where I wanted it. I didn’t have to lift a single box. You get what you pay for and it’s worth every penny. If you have questions or concerns about your move, you have easy access to your coordinator. Debbie was fantastic responded very quickly and handled all of my questions and needs for my move. I would definitely suggest blue chip and Allied to anyone who is thinking about moving across country. The company was great to work with, and the process was seamless. Thank you for taking the stress of moving off my shoulders. Great job.”

I was very impressed by his ability to visually estimate how much room he’d need. I was hiding my eyes thinking he’d knock down gutters or security lights while navigating this giant hot tub through my narrow yard, but he was right; there was plenty of room! He made the job look easy, but I’m pretty sure that’s only because he was so experienced. Tom moved the hot tub to my friend’s house and got it placed properly. She was also very happy with the experience. Thank you, Tom! I don’t anticipate needing another hot tub move, but if I do, I know who to call!”

“movers were great, the system surrounding the movers needs its kinks worked out. outside of booking laborers, their ai assistant refuses to connect you to a real person even when they call you twice to ask for a call back. I have received conflicting information about the rates I will actually be paying, the contract / information they send beforehand do not contain hourly rates and I am still waiting to find out what my bill actually will be. The clock in and out system they use is overly complicated for the clients and does not work correctly after 12a. This does not reflect on my two laborers who were hard workers, came on short notice, and did a great job. I am also kind of miffed that this link connected me to google maps as opposed to giving me the opportunity to give my laborers the praise they deserve. So now the 5/5 i want to give them is mixed with the 4/5 i want to give the company. They seem like a company that does not prioritize their laborers or clients, they prioritize efficiency and profit and heavily rely on systems that have significant issues.
All that being said, I needed last minute emergency help and I called Bellhop and they provided two guys who worked very hard at odd hours and for that I am grateful despite my frustration at their AI customer service. Again, i really do not know what I am going to be paying for this whole experience, they should be providing better estimates in their contract email.”
