“I’ve had a really great experience with Extra Space Storage in El Segundo and would definitely recommend this location. The facility is easy to get to, the area feels safe and quiet, and I’ve always felt comfortable storing my belongings here.

I especially want to give a shout-out to Omar, the manager. When the cost of my storage unit recently increased, I went in to talk through my options. He was incredibly helpful and understanding, took the time to explain everything clearly, and helped us find a smaller unit that worked much better for our budget. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy, and we were able to switch units quickly without any hassle.

I also want to mention Mark, who has been wonderful as well. Every time I’ve come in, everyone has been friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help! I feel like that’s harder to find these days.

Great customer service really stands out, and that’s exactly what you’ll find here. I’m so glad we chose this location and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a storage unit in the area.”

“Kept my truck here for a year with no issues. Lot is very secure and in a safe and busy area of shopping malls and office parks. It's also accessible by metro, just around the corner from the Douglas stop on the pink K line. So you can get there from LAX without paying for a taxi. Payment system is easy to use. Brett is super nice and helpful.”

“Renting at the El Segundo facility was quick and easy. I did everything online and all of the access information was emailed to me and the unit was 100% ready (with lock and keys on the unit) the moment I arrived. Access codes were emailed to me making everything very easy and streamlined. Email communication with timely on their part. The unit itself was clean and easy to access.
