“Edit 9/04/26: My rent just got hiked to a little under market rate. This is less than ideal but still very competitive. I had a very stable rate for approximately 23 months total. Would still recommend but access hours are whack.
Original: I have been here since November 2024. This facility is fantastic, Shanee is amazing, disruptions are minimal, and my price has remained constant. The pros speak for themselves. The only downside to storing here is access hours and I don't come as often as I'd like because of it. IMO, they close early. Sundays, even earlier. My most minor complaint besides everything else being pretty much flawless. If you are locked out or dealing with inconveniences surrounding your unit, you are in great company because they are prompt and attentive and they answer the phone. They are communicative. I am very happy to store here for as long as I live in LA.
I have mostly stored personal stuff but I think I'm repurposing this unit towards the end of the year. I have plenty of space and there's probably a ~10ft ceiling in my unit. I can fit two five-tier plastic racks to organize everything and have enough room leftover in the back for a bike or whatever else. And I can pass, too. That's enough. I have a 5x5 unit, for reference.
$80 a month. You are missing out. But please, extended access hours.”

“Has always been professional people very clean inside & out been at this building sence 2014 never no problems you pay a little more it's worth it for what all there given you can't beat it ins. Lock clean no roaches you can put it on your phone for access to everything there the best oh one more thing I'm in convalescent right now can't walk I'm in Torrance my storage on Jefferson Blvd in L.A I had to get a smaller storage I couldn't be there but I sent a close friend & movers gave them her info. She was able to go in & take care of that for me. They are the best around the United States.”

“The facility is very clean and feels super safe - also very easy access. They have flat bed carts available for loading. The staff is very friendly and helpful and Julio was very kind to me when I realized the space I had rented online wasn't going to work for me and immediately found me an alternative space. The only note I have is that their locks are a bit unusual (standard locks don't work) so just plan to buy your lock from them when you get there. I'm very happy to have chosen USSC!”
“The place has the BEST manager and staff!! They are top notch. The bathrooms are cleaned and serviced and there is always a warm welcome when you go into the office. I have rented 6 or 7 units over time at this location, and that has not always been the situation. Before Edwin, the manger there now, it was terrible. There was rarely anyone in the office. No return calls. And worst of all, dirty bathroom. I hope Edwin is staying put!!!”
