The price was very reasonable for the quality of service — no hidden fees, just honest work. They handled my furniture, including a large sectional and fragile items, with total professionalism. Everyone was polite, cheerful, and worked seamlessly together. Even tricky stairs and tight hallways didn’t slow them down. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother, more efficient moving experience. “The place has the BEST manager and staff!! They are top notch. The bathrooms are cleaned and serviced and there is always a warm welcome when you go into the office. I have rented 6 or 7 units over time at this location, and that has not always been the situation. Before Edwin, the manger there now, it was terrible. There was rarely anyone in the office. No return calls. And worst of all, dirty bathroom. I hope Edwin is staying put!!!”
“Nice storage place. I rented an outdoor space to keep my Wave Runners a few months ago and I’ve had zero issues. They have 24 hours surveillance of the property, which is great. Facilities are very clean. Keypad to enter at the gate to get in. I don’t know about the indoor spaces as I’ve never rented one, but this is a well run storage space. Ed is always very eager to help and a really nice guy. Recommend!”

The gentleman attendant has not only been the upmost professional but nothing less than a total blessing for me. He managed to successfully petition an $80 discount of my rent as well as 2 late fee waivers over the past 18 months. I couldn’t say how invaluable that is to someone like myself on a fixed income. “I had a great experience at Public Storage on Cotner Ave. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service from Ercan.
Moving out can be stressful, and in many places—whether it's a storage facility, apartment complex, or other property—the staff are not always very helpful once you're leaving. Ercan was completely different. He went above and beyond to make the move-out process smooth and hassle-free. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. He even assisted with moving some of our belongings, which was greatly appreciated.
It's rare to find someone who takes such pride in helping customers. Thank you, Ercan, for making the experience so easy. I highly recommend this location.”

“These guys came recommended for an inter-state move from the local mom and pop shop. Stellar job, packed up the whole house, put it on a truck, and it arrived 2 weeks later. Split the load between the new/temporary furnished home and the storage unit. Would definitely use again. Nothing broken in 200+ boxes.”

“This company was very courteous and did the very best to get everything done in a timely manner. I had to move the container into about the right place and my skidster loader worked perfectly to move the container. Concrete blocks will be put under each corner and leveled. WELL DONE!
I used magnetic disks with hooked bolts to place (suspend) four 4ft LED light fixtures to the roof inside for light. And then ran an electric cord from my barn to give enough light to work inside the container. That worked out because I did not need to drill holes in the roof for hangers. With help, I was able to put the contents of a 3 room apartment into this container with some room to spare.”
“OMG!! Teddy is so Amazing over here at Durango. When walking the property with the manager I noticed how clean it was and how the customers admire him. Everyone greeted him with a smile and he made moving even better with his laughter and smile if you need a good comfortable storage space where you feel secure then you should go ahead and rent at Durango where you will have a phenomenal Property Manager Name Teddy. Teddy your the best keep it up they need more managers like you!!”
“I had an amazing experience at this Public Storage solely due to the amazing, attentive, and personable customer service experience from the manager, Stefany. I accidentally dropped my key in the elevator shaft which was an extremely stressful situation and Stefany easily talked me through my options which calmed me down, and put a rush on the process because I expressed concern for my moving timeline. I had an extremely tumultuous moving experience and Stefany made a crucial part so much easier I cannot thank her enough! Stefany had an answer for everything and went above and beyond to be helpful. Itzel also helped me have a smooth move out process, even on her first day back from maternity leave! I highly recommend public storage due to my outstanding experience with this location's staff.”

“Professional Moving was awesome! From the first call and emailing details, it was very straightforward and quick with the responses. I scheduled the guys for a Saturday and they were on time and professional.
I closed a branch of my printing business so there was a lot of heavy boxes of paper and supplies, but more importantly, printers and copiers that are super bulky and heavy. They were great about wrapping and protecting them, along with the transport. Everything went smooth with the pickup and the drop off.
