“Always friendly, very clean. My only complaint is the hours that you can access the units. I am a travel nurse and I flew to clean out my unit since I wouldn't be back for a while. You have to be out by 6. I work nights so I sleep during the day. It may for for safety reasons, but the property is lit and locked.”

“Really good rates for such a very well secured facility. I will never use another storage place. No homeless problems. Very clean facility. Convenient garage parking access to get close to your unit for loading. The limited open hours can be a little hard to work around, but that's the exception you have to make for a very safe place to store your stuff downtown.”

She gave me a walkthrough of the unit, showed me how to to access the gate and elevator. All my questions answered. I highly recommend renting here if you’re in need of a storage. Storage facility is gated, clean and service was great.”

I went in person to meet with the person who called me I am horrible with names but I think her name was Beth but let me say she was amazing and even though she was training someone she was professional and they both were helpful in the process of showing me the storage units and looking for the best location for myself. It was fast and easy. It was nice to see that they actually care about customer service and helping the tenants who have storage units. Both staff members were great and even though it was towards the end of the day they were still smiling and helpful. Looking forward to moving my stuff to the storage unit!”
