“I called the store 45 minutes before closing on a Sunday night asking about card stock. The young woman who answered the phone not only answered my questions, but gave me excellent directions how to get to the store. (I am new to the area) When I arrived, I asked for the paper using the wrong weight and the gentleman behind the counter rung me up. Then SeeChell appeared and asked me if I was the one who had called. Not only could she tell it was the wrong weight of the paper from the sound of it, but she helped me get the right weight and exactly what I needed to get the project done. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I've been around printing my entire career, and by far she is one of the best, most knowledgeable people I've ever come across. SeeChell is a huge asset to this FedEx office location.”
