“This team is very competent. I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee at the dealership to fix a intermittent engine light that kept coming on. Jeep dealer said, I need new engine. These guys found that my cam position sensor was cracked and oil was getting into it causing the engine light due to a short. Also, praise God! I also did pray they would find the problem and fix it. Before I brought them business it felt like I had been coming for years. I value how Lucky’s inspects your vehicle and provides photos and videos of their findings. Especially appreciate what the owner Tom is endeavoring to bring the auto repair experience and how he goes about doing it. They showed me the line with the vehicle up on the lift, explained the repair, luckily had the specialty gasket in stock, and did the repair while I waited. Only one data point, but pleased with the referral -- honest, good comms, reasonable price.”

“I was referred to Ramiro through a family friends who’s been doing business with them for years. First I took my Ford Econoliner and Ramiro worked it very quick because I needed the car but he told me to bring it back to do major work on it. Second, I took my 2015 Accord to him and he had me on the road within in 25 minutes with minor fix the car. I recently brought my Accord for check engine light and oil change. He replaced the oxygen sensor and oil change within 1.5 hours. Ramiro and his team are extremely professional and honest. He is not one of those mechanics that runs the bills on diagnostics and then fix them. I would definitely recommend his shop for all your car problems.”

“After calling over 7 transmissions shop, I decided to take my car to Jimmy’s shop (Atlas Transmissions)
My car:
2016 Mustang Ecoboost (6 Speed automatic) AAMCO had explained how complicated these transmissions are, since it’s based on a design from Germany. I’m no mechanic, but a lot of people didn’t want to touch it. Jimmy knew about my transmission and explained it to me exactly, without me ever bringing it up to him. So I knew he was credible.
The problem:
Slippage in the shifting of gears, especially in “Sport Mode”
Felt like I had serious transmissions problems…
The solution:
Standard transmission fluid change. He explained there were no major or minor problems, a little bit of metal found in the fluid, and showed me why. After that he just changed the fluids, and sent me on my way. No unexpected charges, no upselling. And he is very reasonably priced.
Been over 2 years, haven’t had any problems. I drive my car in sport mode, very often. Love it!
