“Truly excellent customer service from all the people who work there. My car broke down outside their shop, and not only did they push it down the block, into their garage, and diagnose it (engine failure) they were SO kind and accommodating while I tried to get it sold and/or towed. They were incredibly patient with me while I worked out what to do and even helped me get everything done to get the car signed over to the new buyer even though they knew they were only collecting the diagnostic fee from me. I'm beyond impressed and will definitely return!”

They always fix my cars, even when no one else can figure out the issue. I take all of my cars there. They provide quality service and excellent customer service. They are so nice even with any questions I may have. I am totally thankful for all the help they provide me over the years and never take advantage of me with pricing, even though I am a female customer. The prices are always reasonable and fair. “When the insurance company sent our car to their body shop, they decided to test to fix a totaled car for cheap and lowballed the estimate. We wanted a second opinion.
Golden Gate Collision was very professional and accommodating when we had to transfer a vehicle from the other body shop which tried to undercut the damages to our vehicle. Paul was fantastic and lightning fast in putting together an estimate that more accurately depicted the damages to the vehicle. He he was always ready willing and able to provide updates. Paul and his team accomplished in 2 days what took the other body shop took weeks to even get in motion.

Their quality of work is fantastic, and Andy is great at listening to your needs and offering a range of fixes to meet your price range, insurance status, etc. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is that they're practically impossible to reach over the phone. The best method I've found is to just go there and talk to them sometime between 9 and 1130.”

“Moe, the owner is such a nice genuine guy and did an amazing job on my car! I had just gotten a new mustang when someone backed into me in a parking lot. I was really nervous about where I would take my car, I didn't know anyone so I reached out first to Walnut Creek Ford where I bought the car and the manager suggested I go here. I'm so glad I did, he gave me such a great deal, got it done fast and even did a custom job on the horse emblems on my car! First he Bejewled them for me but I live in such a hot area the sun started fading the gems. I sent him a photo and he was happy to paint them for me instead. He did an amazing job and definitely stands by his work! I will be coming here for any body work I need in the future and recommend this place to all my friends!”
