Did an estimate after walking in, unlike many body shops which require an appointment. Very nice people and accommodating. Even dropped me off to my place close by and dropped off my car when it was done with repairs. I had a Mercedes c43 AMG repaired. Would definitely recommend.”

“Thank you Douglas and team! Excellent customer and quality service with quick turnaround under 2 weeks! This process was fairly seamless, I requested a quote, I received a call back and before end of day an emailed quote. The next week, Monday, I dropped off my car and picked it up that Friday. At Monday's drop off, Douglas was kind to offer me a lift home. I already had a planned Uber ride home. At Fridays pick up, another employee asked me to confirm I was happy with the service & pulled my car out for me. Douglas came out to ask if I needed any additional support. This IS the place to go. Customer service is everything when you're wanting repeat customers!”

There are all professional, and the location is clean and spacious, and very easy to rent a car there.”

When I walked up they could see how stressed I was and when I told them my situation they made it a priority to get my car taken care of. “I had my BMW 428i Gran Coupe repaired here. I was on Highway 580 east bound when pickup truck in front of me dropped its cargo, huge pieces of rolled up carpeting went flying up in the air, landing on my car. The damage to my front end and passenger side from the front to rear quarter panel was extensively damaged.G&C did a flawless job of repairing my car.
