About Fern Cottage

Once a park residence and then a senior center, Fern Cottage is nestled amongst ferns and groves of redwood trees within the Kennedy Grove Regional Recreation Area. With two outdoor decks, a private backyard with a landscaped lawn and garden, and a cozy stove pipe fireplace, Fern Cottage feels like a little home away from home. Fern Cottage is perfect for micro weddings, celebrations, bridal and baby showers, small workshops, and retreats. Our approved caterers and preferred vendors can help you flawlessly execute your event from start to finish. We also offer a DIY non-catered option for reservations that end by 7pm.

Very nice event space nestle into a garden setting. Good kitchen for prep and catering needs. Park charges a $5 entry fee, with plenty of parking.
