“Would give 5 stars if the system would have allowed me to easily use my veterans account. Clerk had to go into locate and verify, but it would not let her apply the changes. She was awesome though and manually input the discount. Lowes, get your programming fixed please! Ed”

“I have read many reviews here, some make sense, others come off as silly.
The reason for my 5 star review:
1. Always getting the help I need
2. Employees are employing and know what to do
3. They have the stuff they should have
4. While I have come off minor inconveniences, I understand that it is a large store and not everything will be perfect.
Yes sometimes certain sections are closed. Or even worse, the employee who works in a certain section that you need help with isn't there and left 30 minutes ago and you didn't realize it (happened to me) but we gotta understand that it's completely fine. The store is basically always clean and organized and employees are helpful. I almost never see any part out of stock. (haven't seen it yet tbh). So far, out of every Home Depot ive visited, this is my personal favorite Because:
- the best help ive gotten so far
- Product is always availble
- not a large drive”
“I can't remember the last time I went to Best Buy but I needed a monitor cable and they had one. It wasn't as busy as it used to be but it was mid week, mid day. You won't see CDs or DVDs anymore but they still have lots of stuff and you can walk in and buy it and take it home. Best Buy is still hanging in there. Don't forget them.”

“So fast and professional. I called at 1:30 with an issue, and was told that they could get someone out between 2 and 4. By 1:45, the tech was here. He showed us how the appliance in question worked, what the issue is, why it couldn't be repaired today, and what our choices were. Im so impressed and will always use them in yhe future!”
