Randy at the front desk helped find the cabinet pulls I printed from their website and went over sizing with the drawings of my kichtens plans with me. He created a project for me on their site and I'm off to the renovation races! He was so helpful and made my decision to purchase with FH easy.”

“We just had our outdoor kitchen installed from No Cal Grills. They did an amazing job! We met Rose at a home fair in Lodi and decided on one design but changed out mind to wanting something with a cover & ceiling fan. Rose helped me pick out a whole other design. She came our mapped out where it would be in our back yard and explained all the details. The Nor Cal Grills team was professional and prompt to responding to my many questions. I highly recommend them.”

“Our 10 year old Sharp Microwave Drawer stopped heating. I called Microwave and Appliance Repair, the authorized Sharp Repair shop in our area, to see if it could be repaired, because replacements are very expensive, and local El Dorado County appliance repair companies said they could not get parts to fix it, and would not touch it.
I talked to Jodi, and she said I could drop it off, and the turnaround is typically 3 to 4 days.
I mentioned I was coming from Placerville, and the day I would be down to drop it off since I had appointments in Sacramento the same day.
I dropped it off when they opened, and before I left, Jodi said they were going to look at it immediately, and if they have the part, they would fix it the same day, and they did!
Dropped off at 8:30am, was fixed by 10am, picked up at 11:30am.
Thank you Jodi and the tech (Can't remember his name) who fixed it, for going above and beyond to save me a second trip down the hill, and saving us a lot of $$$ by repairing instead of replacing!”
“This is one of my favorite stores , please keep in mind the company I work for do alots of business like a ton of business, and probably we get the special treatment, but my experience has being excellent .The customer service is excellent every time , and every day .Plus points to the store they have the hotdogs and sodas so you can always have a bit to eat.Parking there is plenty of parking even wen busy the parking lot is big .Knowledgeable staff and always willing to help ,If they dont have something they can order it for you.I have seen regular average joe walk in the store and being help and gwt what their were looking for so that says a lot .”

“Awesome store. I always go-to the HVAC section for the duct hanger. But, while waiting they have an awesome accessories section. All the Milwaukee m12 and m18 hand tools, gloves, utility and regular knifes, safety glasses you'd wanna wear, ect.I got my boss a really nice thing pair of gloves and these cool sunglasses/safety glasses and he loved it. He still keeps the sunglasses in his Tesla lol. Love this place and impossible to get lost they have an entire street in depot park.”

“The Meadow View HD seems to have more staff. Plus they're open till 10:00 (the one on Florin closes at 9:00). The garden and outdoor section is among the very best.”

“So I already left review for this location a few years back but I stand by my 100% review. The people in self checkout are so diligent (sorry thieves) and assisted helping me with items without barcode. A lovely young woman by the name of Kyra left her normal post to assist me load car since loaders were backed up. I have lung cancer and get winded easy and hate asking for help but I didn't have to. She pushed my cart loaded my car and refused to take a cash tip so I feel I at least owe calling her out by name as I totally dumped my troubles on this poor young girl and she listened and actually cared. I can't say enouhh to about this location. I've been to most of the Home Depot's in the area and this one by far is best which is why I drive out of my way to shop exclusively here instead of one by my house”

Malcom in the lumber center went out of his way to be helpful and courteous to us despite our need to rush things along. He was great to work with, got us exactly what we needed, and had us back on the road to finish our job in record time.”
