AutoZone in Elk Grove, CA is a leading retailer of automotive parts and accessories. Customers have consistently praised the excellent service they have received at this location. When a customer's car battery died in the parking lot, employees Bert and Cameron quickly came to her aid. Not only did they help push her car to safety, but they also replaced the battery for her, getting her back on the road in under an hour. The customer was extremely grateful for their kind and extensive assistance. Another customer, Rich, had a positive phone experience, and in-store, the young employee Pedro was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering all questions. The store manager, Cameron, also went above and beyond to assist a customer, quickly and efficiently installing a rear wiper blade despite it being late in the day and starting to rain. The customer contrasted Cameron's professionalism and customer service with other less-eager employees. A customer named Janice C. had a great experience, with Dawson providing exceptional help and going out of his way to assist her and her daughter. Janice expressed that good customer service is hard to find these days, and she appreciated the entire staff. Lastly, another customer had their battery quickly replaced by the knowledgeable and efficient Cameron, leaving them very satisfied with the service and purchase.

Bert was exceptional! I arrived with my elderly mom who had a check engine light on her car. Bert did a diagnostic check for the engine and on the charging system. He added oil since it was low, and gave us part estimates for other needed work. He was very helpful and friendly! Much appreciated.

Competent and friendly staff. Called ahead about brake pads/rotors for my Ram 1500. Parts were waiting on a cart when I arrived. First class experience. Not the closest Autozone from my house, but worth the extra ten min drive time, especially since they went the extra mile for me. THANKS A MILLION
