“The RV my uncle got takes some strange wipers with the windshield fluid sprayers built into each blade. Called a few places and O’Reilly here was the only one that found what I needed and offered a same day solution.. two actually. So, that was cool. Other places I called are big names, didn’t seem interested in helping beyond a quick inventory search. The guy at o’reilly found them at a nearby store and I almost bought over the phone he made it so easy. Worthy of a good review lol. Time got away from us and I still haven’t gone in to get them yet but probably this next week cause they were on it. They also had this obscure gas cap for an old Lexus I was able to buy brandy new and nice for like $11 a few years ago. They always help me in a pinch so I keep going back til that stops I guess. Solid shop, good staff who know their stuff it seems.”

“I've worked with Fang since his Nissan days. He used to help me with my old Maxima so I was so happy to see him at the Mazda counter when I went in to buy parts for my Mazda 3. Most parts people are uptight and grumpy but Fang is so polite and friendly. I can joke around and be myself without having to worry about being judged or feeling like I'm talking to a robot. His knowledge on my car is ridiculous...I swear he knows all the part numbers by heart. Came in for oil filter, air filter and cabin along with spark plugs and some fluids. He didn't even use the catalog. Just typed in my order and got me taken care of in the blink of an eye.”

“I had not just one phenomenon al sales persons but two! We initially visited and met Deon, He was so very friendly and directed us to a vehicle that we fell in love with. We weren’t quite ready to buy, as I was turning in another vehicle a couple of days later. Deon stayed in touch with us, and answered all of our questions. A few days later, We let Deon know we were coming in and were ready to possibly purchase the vehicle he showed us. Unfortunately, by the time we got there, he was not on the premises as he had to run a work-related errand. At first, we were a little frustrated because we were ready to purchase, But another sales rep, Jamal, kindly stepped in to assist and walk us through the process. By the time Deon returned, we were already in negotiations, upon purchase, he immediately began to clean the vehicle and get it ready for us. I was so impressed with how they partnered together to give us excellent service. Because it was getting late and hard to see, Jamal invited me to return the next day and he would walk me through some of the features of the car as well as give it an extra spit shine.. I was so impressed by their level of customer service. To see that kind of teamwork was extremely refreshing. I definitely give them both five stars.”
