“This is the second body shop I took my car too. I was not happy with the first one because the colors did not match and there were some alignment issues with the bumper and quarter panel. Matt talked with me on the phone and then when I arrived in person, Matt came to look at the car. He assured me he could align the body parts and match the paint much better. He and his staff did a phenomenal job with my car. The front office personal were very friendly and informative. They greeted me with a smile and put me at ease. Their professionalism is outstanding. From start to finish Matt and his staff were excellent. They kept me informed and explained everything. These are down to earth people. I appreciate everything they have done for me and my car. “Got into a rear end accident. The other party's insurance Progressive was giving me a hard time getting my rear bumper and trunk repaired and after almost 2 months of me initiating calls for the repair with their adjustor named Sadie D, I finally decided to bring the car to Moto's instead of their recommended shop that want me to bring the car after another several weeks and forced Progressive to send someone to inspect it and give approval to the estimate. I expected my car to be at the shop for another 2-3 weeks since that was what Progressive's body shop said. So imagine my surprise when they called me that the car is ready in just less than a week. I had to leave it for another day as I noticed the trunk is not closing right. Nelson got it fixed. Paint job was great. He even repaired a yellowing paint on one of the doors...NO CHARGE! And to top it off, he had my car fully detailed so it was clean in and out. I put in 2 quarts and I ran back in the store to grab one more, and he said "please let me check your oil just to make sure". “I have been coming to A R Performance for several years now. Anthony and Rob are both incredibly knowledgeable, professional, detailed and competent. Their service is exceptional. No this isn’t the cheapest mechanic but I can tell you they are the best. One example of this I heard a noise and thought I needed all new breaks and was ready to spend $1500. It was just being produced by a broken hubcap. They were honest and didn’t take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. They only tell you what needs to be done and when. “I have been going to Elk Grove Toyota for years, even after I moved further away because the customer service has always been exceptional. I live close to several other Toyota dealerships but continue to make the further drive because the staff are super friendly and always go above and beyond. I wanted to make this specific review to highlight Roger Abbott who works in the Parts department. I was looking to replace the torque converter on my 2014 Toyota Camry. The auto shop I went to told me they'd have to contact Toyota to get the replacement price. Long story short, the price Toyota quoted my mechanic was astronomical ($1,053). I decided to call and confirm myself and spoke to Roger, who verified that that the current price. I thanked him for looking into it for me and that was that. Roger ultimately called me back about 30 minutes later to let me know that he decided to look into it a bit further because the price didn't sit right with him. Lo and behold, there was error with the price and it was actually $577! I would have never known this and would have paid the additional $476 to my mechanic had Roger not taken initiative to investigate it further and let me know. I was so impressed by his gesture because he absolutely did not have to waste time looking into it but I am so thankful that he did. He was courteous, respectful, and took initiative where he didn't have to. He is absolutely one of the many reasons why I will always take my business to Elk Grove Toyota.”
