Pedego Electric Bikes in Elk Grove is top-notch! I had my electric bike serviced and repaired there, and they were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly from start to finish. The work was done quickly and at a very fair price.
What really stood out was their customer service. After the service, I had another issue pop up and they helped me troubleshoot it over the phone—for free! Who does that these days?
They work on all makes and models of electric bikes, not just Pedego, and they have a great selection of bikes if you’re looking to buy. I highly recommend them for anything e-bike related. Fair, honest, and reliable—couldn’t ask for more.”
“Jason was awesome in addressing my issue with my tires on my recumbent bike. I couldn't figure out why I wasn't able to inflate my tires, but Jason showed me that my valves were closed and needed to be opened. I thought I'd tried that, but didn't do it right. Now I know, thanks to Jason. And since I have limited mobility, he came out to my van to pump up my tires. Couldn't ask for better customer service! Outstanding.”
