So happy I found this place. I signed my son up for their Neurodivergent Fitness Program. His 1:1 trainer Soyfa is so great with him! He loves going and I love that he is staying active!

Have been coming here for almost 1 1/2 years. Very accommodating. I have come a long way in my capabilities. I would highly recommend for someone just starting out with weights and/or looking for good programs to follow.

Ryan is a great coach! He is really big on teaching the right form. His gym is has a very positive atmosphere and tons of good energy. He is the best at accountability and pushing you to your full potential and does not take excuses for anything. Great location and good hours. If you are looking for good form, great discipline, and results this is the place for you. Highly recommend! You won’t regret it!

Since I’ve been working out, my strength and CONFIDENCE have improved more than I hoped. Coach Ryan knows what he’s doing! My work out has been gradually modified to meet my needs and abilities, preventing injury while strengthening. I love the results, especially important for me if I want to be active and healthy, especially as I age. It’s automatic - first thing I do in the morning, and will never regret it. I love to hike and strength makes a big difference. My family appreciates it too! The people at the gym are friendly, inspiring and supportive, it’s a great environment (something you don’t get at home working out by yourself).

Ryan will first ask you what your goals are - so think about that before you walk in the door. It’s okay if your goals change along the way. Ryan has experience, equipment and has cultivated a community of individuals at ALL fitness levels working to improve day by day. Having Hashimoto’s/hypothyroidism along with being middle aged, I felt it such a struggle to get back on track regarding fitness and weight-loss on my own.I was up about 25lbs when I joined Results Transformation a few years back hoping to shed quickly as the regime was fast-paced with lots of cardio. In the year I was there, hardly missing workouts, I lost only 4 lbs! Totally defeated I quit, and started Pilates.Once again, hardly any loss of weight, I quit.Pure Barre that had just opened in our area, and again despondent after a short while, I decided to move on. Years prior, I’d worked with Personal Trainers in EG who helped me get down to a size 6 from size 10! Unfortunately they were forced to close their doors.I wanted a similar program, so asked my daughter to find me a gym that was as close to ‘Fitness And More!’ Fast forward..I have been with The Grove Fitness now for some months, and since joining have lost 11 lbs!! I enjoy Ryan’s coaching style, his program a great fit, and am feeling fitter every day! I’m excited to see all these changes, and looking forward to waving the next 25 lbs goodbye!! ??

If you want a great work out with a coach that really pushes you to be your best then this is the gym for you! Coach Ryan is fantastic at giving you modifications to fit your personal needs so that you can ALWAYS get in your workout - even if you are dealing with an injury. Another bonus of this gym is that I get to work out with a great bunch of folks that really celebrate everyone’s achievements no matter how big or small!

I've been coming to the Grove Fitness for a year now and I can definitely see the difference in my strength and stamina from Coach Ryan's workouts. He started me off on a weightlifting program to build muscle mass and strength. Once I was comfortable with the weight training, i switched to the CrossFit workouts. I was able to handle the workouts thanks to Ryan's coaching and his techniques. I highly recommend Ryan and the Grove Fitness.
