This store is always so junky, cluttered and unorganized. They never have any sales ever. I was just in there and their Christmas items were full price, while other stores have it at 75% off! The clothes racks are so full because their prices are so high and never goes on sale! I never go out of my way to shop or donate here, there's so many other better places to go!

Went looking for glassware yesterday, and they had HEAPS of Christmas platters/bowls/serving dishes. Would be a great spot to pick-up fancy plates to bring or gift at your holiday functions! Plenty of other Christmas decor, too - including some adorable Black Santa and Nutcracker figures. Go check them out; you never know what kind of gems you'll find here.

The store itself was not too clean and appeared to be full of transients, but I got great customer service from the cashier Shafiq. I will return!!

Terrible! Bought an item after being told repeatedly that I can return the electronic item if not as advertised. Went to return it and they told me I could exchange it. It was $250 item and I was to exchange for whatever I could find in the store then. Very disappointed they did not honor the guarantee we were given. This company is also terrible they take the money they get from the stores to undercut other non profits for program and then have no actual services.

They have no organization skills. I saw a desk that I liked that wasn’t priced, they said come in the next day and it will be priced for sure! I called prior to coming in and spoke to the evening shift manager on 02/27/2023 to verify it’s price and availability, she just hung up the phone. Then I took time out of my day and wasted my gas to stop by to check in person, it still wasn’t priced. The shift manager said come back in the morning for a THIRD time! I told them they’re wasting my time, the manager Adam needs to get his team organized because they’re losing money and wasting people’s time. It’s easy, put a sign saying sold if it’s “SOLD” simple, not rocket science. And it wasn’t even sold. SMH, the people they have working ?

I go to many goodwills. This is one of them that writes on ALL the plush tags - and they will be marked for outrageous prices- $3-5 for a used plush or $5+ for a broken toy. Not to mention the isles were a hot mess! Just got to Walmart or target to get the same prices for new. Definitely won’t go back to this location.

Too slow and neglected staff. I waited for almost 30 minutes in line to pay. The staff looked like they worked for free lol. Only one girl was working other two were walking like kings

Quaint little goodwill store. Less busy than most so it's great for a stroll. Tacos next door deserve mention. Perfect for post shopping snacking.

I always keep donation centers in the back of my mind because I always seem to have accumulated stuff at home that I no longer have use for. Instead of throwing perfectly usable items away and needlessly adding to the landfill situation, my hopes are that someone else can make use of them instead. Clothes and shoes are often things that get overpopulated at my house. But now I have been faced with a very sad and heartbreaking reality when my mom recently passed away. She was a shopaholic and hoarder. Most of her things were nice and practically new. Most of her clothes still had price tags on them. We can't keep all of her stuff, and it is too overwhelming to take the time to sell everything. It's such a help to find a place like Goodwill who will accept most of our items. It's been somewhat hard giving so much away. Antiques, clothes, shoes, jewelry, purses, books, kitchenware, glasses, dishes, towels, blankets, sheets, and the list goes on! They also accepted some of my mom's wheel chairs, transport chairs and walkers, all in good condition! This is just one of many Good Will Donation Centers we have visited. When we show up with truck loads of future merchandise, well, they too have been overwhelmed....I still miss my mom, but the extreme length of her hoarding has finally come to a reality for our family!

I CAN SAY FOR MY OWN EXPERIENCE WITH SHOPPING AT THIS STORE THAT THE EMPLOYEES ARE REALLY RESPECTFUL AND HARDWORKING. THE PLACE IS FAIRLY CLEAN BUT CAN USE MORE DETAILED AND ORGANIZED WORK. ALL IN ALL I WOULD STILL COME IN AND SHOP EVERY NOW AND THEN. MAYBE LOOKING OVER THE PRICES BECAUSE I BELIEVE THEY CAN BE LESS EXPENSIVE THAN MAKED. WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO OTHERS.... OF COUSE I WOULD. MAY GOD BLESS THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND THOSE INVOLVED WITH IT. THANK YOU!
