“I just had the best first experience at Rogers jewelry. Recently, my favorite pair of earrings broke, specifically the backing.
I was devastated as I had purchased these when I visited Greece three years ago and they are very special to me. I went to one jewelry store that was pretty well known and he could not fix it.
I then went over to Rogers jewelry and I was greeted by Sage (sp?) He was very nice and helped me immediately. He put a work order in to fix my earrings.
It was maybe a month later Sage called me and told me that the earrings were brought back to the store however, on transit the backing looked like it may just break again. He didn’t want to give them back to me with a possibility of just breaking again. He asked if he could send it back to try one more time.
I said absolutely whatever they could do to fix it. It was literally maybe a week later. I got a text saying they were ready to pick up and they were fixed.
I was so happy I could cry. I was worried that they weren’t gonna be able to fix them but they look great. They feel great. They’re just as they were. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of my jewelry and being so kind.
I will absolutely return if I ever have another piece of jewelry that breaks. The customer service was phenomenal and the value is unprecedented.”
