Rude employee, worst costumer service.
Went there on petsmart bighorn on Jun 6,2024 on my 1pm nail trim appointment for my two small dogs. First dog did well, second dog was kinda hesitant. The Blond girl that was assisting us was very nice and patient towards our dog, when Sahar(Indian, long black hair)interupted, we kinda back up and follow her direction, the other groomer also comply, on the 2nd time that she interupted, she kicked us out and was very rude with her rude gesture pointing us to go outside. We went out of the room but I went back right away to get my other dog and told her she don't have to be rude and disrespectful. I never experienced going to groomers with such a rude and disrespectful towards the costumer and the dog. We will never come to this place ever again. We went to petsmat deltashore and they accepted my dog without an appointment and the groomer was very nice.

It's a PetSmart, other than that really friendly staff.

Clean and kind, helpful staff. I am a bit worried about their betta fish though. The first time I came in was January of 2024. Less than 2 months later I come back and they're either dying or already dead.

New management evicted the cat rescue that had been there for 19 years without notice. Disappointed. I will no longer shop here. The cat rescue brought in a lot of business for this store. SHAME

I came here to purchase a bag of dog food yesterday on a Wednesday evening around 6:15pm. The store looks pretty slow. They have only a few customers in there. I guess I picked the right time.The young gentleman at the cashier counter gave me a nice greeting and another young lady in the store offered to help. I got what I wanted in five minutes. I always have a good shopping experience with this PetSmart in Elk Grove.
