Instructors all are amazing. The studio is open to beginners. The instructors encourages me to keep practicing without criticism and critique. I feel better both physically and mentally. Grateful to have found this community.

Love this hot yoga studio, the staff is fantastic! Clear instructions and encouragement from start to finish during the class. A variety of classes to choose from.
