“Jim Trenner made the car buying experience delightful! He made me feel welcomed and took the time to find out what I wanted. He highlighted features of the car I was interested in according to my needs and interests. The transaction went smoothly and the overall experience backed the value of Infiniti.”

“I initially went to the Honda dealership to try and get an oil change but waited in line for about 10 minutes and left without recognition or help. Ended up going on yelp and found this place down the street and decided to try it out for the first time. Walked in and was greeted right away by Jackson. He was very welcoming and kind. He was professional and attentive on what needed to be worked on with my car and they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary things like most places do. I walked in without an appointment and luckily there wasn't a wait considering it was the weekend. I came in later in the evening and was able to get in and out of there fairly quick. There was a long line for their car wash, so don't get confused thinking it's a line for the oil change/car service :) Highly recommended this place! I will definitely be coming back.”

“From browsing the cars to eventually buying one, Christian was not your typical used car salesman. He was hospitable, patient, and gave my wife and I plenty of room to look around, chat, and simply walk away if we wanted to. But driving by first and seeing the good looking selection of cars there, including the nice pickup we eventually bought, was refreshing for an independent dealership. The lot is clean and well kept. I highly recommend Elk Grove Cars to anyone just looking around. Don't be surprised if you see something you like. The cars are priced well and Christian was very upfront and honest in his presentation of any vehicle we were interested in. You will enjoy the experience with Christian and his team. Thank you so much for the experience and I hope the business goes well for you.”
