“These guys are honest, easy to work with, and will go the extra mile for you. Earlier this year, they agreed to sell a truck on consignment for me (they sell truck, and you get paid when it sells). This time, I had some serious and unusual logistics issues getting the truck out to California. I have shipped a lot of cars over the years with no problems, but this time I made a mistake and chose the wrong shipper. Thankfully, Ken @ MJK stepped in, put in a lot of effort on my behalf and managed the situation to ensure the truck ended up where it was supposed to be. After that, these guys priced the vehicle accurately and got it sold quickly. Everything about dealing with them was smooth and easy and they really did go above and beyond to do me a solid.I had previously bought a truck from MJK and working with both Ken and Kayla was a great experience too. “I wish there were more stars to give Ali at Auto Bank 916! 10/10 Excellent customer service, easy buying process, not pushy to get you to buy a vehicle and an honest and trustworthy dealership. I bought a Jeep from Ali with which he was open and honest with me that it needed an alignment but it drove fine during the test drive so I figured I would get it done the following day after purchasing and driving home. 20 mins after driving I got death wobble really bad and was unable to continue driving home, I called Ali and discussed things with him and he had my Jeep towed back to his dealership at his expense and at that point also took care of the alignment, brakes and rotars, and axles just to make sure my Jeep drove perfect for me and kept in touch with me and informed me of the whole process while my jeep was in the shop. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Ali and Auto Bank 916 and would highly recommend Auto Bank 916 if you're in need of a vehicle, Ali will definitely take care of you!”

“This review is long overdue. Clean cars great prices and awesome employees is what i have to start with. I have purchased four cars from five star, a Hyundai sonata, Lexus is350, Honda accord, and Acura TL, and these guys have always been good to me. They have gone above and beyond my expectations in quality, value and professionalism on all four occasions. They are flexible and have options for every reasonable person. Anytime I hear someone is looking for a car, I personally recommend them over to five star auto sales, is because I know that they will be treated right. yes it is true that they do not have hundreds of cars for sale, but the ones they have are all priced reasonably with clean motor. “I'm a full-blown grease monkey. Which surprises, well, a lot of people. Pick-n-Pull is a toy store. I can get lost in there having fun. Every car, every make, every model. I can definitely find things there that I can't find in an auto store, or I just can't see myself paying for at an auto store. Like a front passenger window. New is 599.00 pick n pull was a 1/4 that price. Staff are friendly, and helpful "inside".As far as being "outside.";) play play play play. Wear your mechanic suit, put on your gloves, bring your tools and go at it.”
