I brought my 1.5 year old Pitbull/Dachshund mix in after a horrible experience with another vet tending to his broken tibia. My poor baby had suffered with poor casting, terrible care, and open wounds from bad wrapping. I was frustrated and scared for his healing when I found Franklin Ranch.
I was immediately impressed with the clean cozy facility, compassionate staff and competent, relatable vets. We were lucky enough to get Dr. Hunt as his primary vet, and I can’t give her enough praise. She was amazing. She let Rama’s best interest lead her treatment plan, and wasn’t motivated by price as was my past experience. She did not suggest unnecessary services, or push sedation when he didn’t need it. Speaking of price, Franklin Ranch was less than half the cost of the other vet I was seeing, for the same services!!
After a couple months of care, Rama was finally freed from his cast! I followed Dr. Hunt’s aftercare instructions and today he is back to running, jumping, and playing with his brother. It’s like I have my baby back!
I can say with authority that I found my new vet practice for my 4 animals! Thanks again Franklin Ranch and Dr. Hunt. We love you!

“Dr. Kittel, Dan as he introduced himself, did the most thorough and caring exam I've ever seen. The fact that he took time to even pet Buddy says a lot. Buddy, black and white, has seen a vet in Louisiana where he's from, Mississippi when he lived there for a year, and here in California. Dr. Kittel has a patient heart for furbabies, and it definitely shows. He didn't rush. He also asks questions and listens to responses. His assistant was also careful in her handling of Buddy and caring.”

“I visited Bruceville Pet Hospital on January 28th and had a very pleasant experience. We recently moved to the area and needed to find a new vet for our two poodle mixes, Baby and Grizzly. The entire staff was attentive and helpful, we were seen very quickly and the tech and vet both listened to and addressed my concerns with my boys. They provided estimates for additional services the dogs will need and promptly filled prescriptions. All around it was a great visit.”

“Dr. Singh is really nice veterinarian. He doesn’t mess around like other places, he adds this and this to put stuff to your bill. There quite a few of those in Elk Grove. He cares about your dog and plays with you dog, if says your dog needs a blood test, or a teeth cleaning or this medication he does. He is a very honest veterinarian. I have been going to Dr. Singh for over 10 years with my first dog and now my second dog and I trust him completely. His staff are amazing. He has a really nice clean office. If you are tired of paying 1000’s dollars at the vets office, and wondering if your vets office is overcharging. Come see Dr. Singh. He will treat fairly and charge you a fair price.”

Angela has assisted us wonderfully time after time over the years. In the last year, working with Patrick has been wonderful as well! He’s always helpful, but especially lately when figuring out when to put our last one down. Whether there are tears and no tears, he is always the same; knowledgeable, kind and patient. “Very happy with this Vet after our first visit. I had to bring in my indoor cat for a checkup and issues with her mouth. I was worried because my cat is very anxious and difficult to take in, but this Vet and the staff made it as easy and comfortable as can be and treated her with care. They are also very upfront with costs and options. We will be back soon to have her teeth cleaned and inspected.”
“This hospital is by far the best in all ways. From the minute we walked in the door Sunday they have really gone above and beyond to help save our 1 year old lab Maverick! Mav ate stuff, got super backed up, fever, lethargic, and all. I thought he was dying on us literally! Fast forward to now he has a mass in his stomach and Dr. Gray found it with an ultrasound. The staff at this hospital totally LOVE your animals like their own. Dr. Jones, Dr. Gray, Dr. Petrunich, Kelly, Pat, Anna, Sabrina, I am positive I am missing people that have loved and taken amazing care of our family member. We are forever grateful.”

“Very caring staff always take excellent care of my two cats. Update: Last year one of our senior cats passed away. Earlier this month our other senior cat also passed away. The veterinarians at Laguna Creek, as well as all of the other staff, were very kind both to our cats and to us as we made the heartbreaking decision for euthanasia. They are an extremely kind and gentle group of people and I would never hesitate to bring a pet here for care.”
