That bank is OK. But I feel that the discrimination is going on. This is because the Bank Manager is the punjabi (sikh). He talks to his own people very nicely. He is not rude, but he is not very polite to other people. When I go to that bank, he gives me very weird look which makes me feel uncomfortable and look like stupid and idiot. The rest of the workers are nice. So I am not going to that bank anymore, where it makes me feel uncomfortable. That it I have to write.

Today I took my elderly mother in law here to do some changes on her acct. Hilda Dominquez was amazing with her. She spoke to her in a way that she could understand everything. She was very patient and showed her step by step how to do everything she needs to do on her phone. It was a long process because computers! Lol but she has incredible customers service skills. Great employee

My 86 year old mother had to wait in line at 10:15 am on Wed. Only 1 teller open. It took close to 45 min . This is not okay.

I went to deposit a check for my business, with everything that is going on we were overdrawn by 400 for a day. I have history with the company I was depositing the check from and told the teller, i gave him dates with past deposits. Long story short they wanted to place a 7 day hold because I was I overdrawn and the check amount. Mind you I have had My accounts both personal and business with Wells Fargo since 1990. They Called a manager and that was even worse. I know they can override the system but she refused to release any monies. I took my check and went to a different branch one which I have better relationship with and they were more than happy to deposit and release some of the funds. I will never go to this branch again. What I really wanted to do was to close my accounts including my personal and run to Chase. I hate change and this is the only reason why I have stayed. The branch on Laguna and franklin is so much better. I have never been treated with such disrespect and in reality the way she spoke to me I could tell she really didn't give two cents.

Worst place to bank with. All they care about is making profit of you and not even as a courtesy to remove one little fee. The teller made me feel like I was stupid with his smirk saying no.

If you need to open up an account at WellsFargo, you should go find Sohka! She was super nice and helpful!!! Their tellers, Jasmines, were super friendly and nice too!

Terrible! Every single time! This time, 8 ppl in line, 5-6 employees sitting at their desks, only one was helping someone, and only 2 tellers! Marjit, whoever she is, was just standing in the background watching. How about grabbing a couple of those desk employees and opening up a couple more windows? And stop offering me water every 7 seconds...please! People don't want to hear excuses, they want service. Took me 30+ minutes to make a simple mortgage payment. Y'all need to step it up and meet the needs of the public. Time to write a letter to Corporate. Irritating.

Very bad customer service. Wells Fargo Bank does not disclose all information about their business loans. Never will deal with Wells Fargo again. Go to a different bank if you want to receive a good customer service.

Somehow, this branch of Wells Fargo obtained my home address, even though I live in Fresno....I am now receiving constant mailers wanting me to finance my home with them. I have called their Home Mortgage Consultant, Angie Wade, at least 4 times asking that I be removed from their mailing list. The letters are all from her. The mailers still come....constantly. Customer service does not exist.... Kurt Smith

Clean, quiet, organized, and fast teller service! 4 stars instead of 5 because of the bad parking situation. The parking lot is very busy and is shared with several businesses in this mall. Wouldn't be so bad if there were more Wells specific stalls. Overall, a good experience.

All the workers here: from the cashier, to the loan agent, manager, supervisor, and even the guy who opens the door for you keeps asking if i would like anything to drink- for the hundredth time, NO! Lol. This just comes to show that they have outstanding service and they're very proud of their tea/coffee bar. I received excellent service from Hilda though. She went above and beyond to help me and showed me different routes to take or which loan best suited me. You know you've been helped and learned something when you walked in with a mindset of what you wanted and walked out deciding something totally different. And i've even learned a couple things about loans. If anyone needs help with a loan or anything ask for Hilda! She's great! Oh, don't forget to visit their tea/coffee area ;D
