Lazy staff ! They don't really seem interested in Helping. I had to pull information out of the teller and te explain my self twice. Timing efficiency could also be improved,

Very poor customer service they look down on you like you're a nobody . To much chit chatting with other teller not enough customer service

My 86 year old mother had to wait in line at 10:15 am on Wed. Only 1 teller open. It took close to 45 min . This is not okay.
