Just had an appoint with Julio. He was very gracious and accurate in processing my requests. If you time it right, you can avoid the long lines in the morning and also late on the weekdays. All of the officers and tellers are friendly.

Every teller I've interacted with here has always been nice. And Richmond, the banker I recently interacted with, was very helpful and had straight-to-the-point explanations. He was super friendly and easy to talk to and answered questions smoothly.
