“Just putting five stars so it can show on the top Jesus was working when I came in to deposit my settlement check totaling $1,440.18 I told him I would like to get $500 back and put the remainder in my two accounts he said because I was new here he wasn’t able to do that telling me to take my check into a check cashing store if I wanted my money I even offered he to verify the check I wouldn’t mind waiting he refused. I joined the credit union so I wouldn’t have to pay additional fees and he recommended that I go pay 10% to California check cashing which would’ve been a fee of $144 dollars that’s completely wrong if my grandmother wasn’t a member here for over 20 years I would go somewhere else because their supposed to care about the members here with jesus does not I would not recommend this location at all.”

We had appointment at our B of A in Elk Grove, they did NOT do anything to help us at all . They said go on line and do it yourself ????? No customer service at all at our B of A.. Shreya knows what customer service is…. She’s just gave GREAT service and has a great personality… we both appreciated her service.”

“Chase on Laguna Blvd, Elk Grove, is the Chase Bank close to my home. I come here more often than other Chases in the Sacramento area. The bank is clean, still looks good, and has good maintenance after being open for many years. The employees in this office are very friendly and always super helpful. “My account had been compromised over the holiday (Juneteenth) and calling customer service I was able to get my card frozen but had to wait to go in The bank Saturday. It was very busy long lines, but I was able to scan in and wait for member services. I was waited on by Amber, although I was stressed about my account Amber walked me through it and explained everything in detail. Grateful to kindness shown in this world nowadays.”

“Love myself a good drive-thru ATM. I wish everything had a drive thru. I know online grocery shopping would have a big uptick in our house if I could pull thru to a window and have it handed to me. Just when I'm in line, you still feel like you accomplishing something. Having to park and wait makes me feel lazy, like I can drive here, find a parking space, but can't do the last bit and get up and get my own groceries? See? Park And wait feels like I'm having to do 2 if the 3 steps and I just copped out without accomplishing. So drive thru where it at.. love my car, all kind of fun stuff to do in it if I'm waiting in line... Accomplishing ..”

“I love you guys, but what's wrong with your ATMS today, I've always been able to pull out 600 from the ATM, I tried pulling 500 it said exceeds limit, so I tried 200 still wouldn't work, you need to fix something, it was doing the same thing at the ATMs near Walmart, your system update is messing things up.”
“We come here mostly to get foreign currency for when we travel the world. They offer the service when you have a card or an account with them. It is really convenient and quick . You get your new cash in two business days. The rate is changed everyday just like the rate exchange. The cash you get is always fresh and new so it's pretty nice.
