“Wow! Marlio provided the best customer service! I was going back and forth with Costco Tires or American Tires for replacement of my 4 tires. Decided to go to Costco specifically here in this Elk Grove location due to high reviews. The technicians here are awesome and Marlio specially since he helped me from cashier, explaining the warranty, explaining when I should bring my tires for rotation. He made sure that my new tires will last me the warranty by explaining me what I need to do. Grateful for a great experience, glory to God!”
