“Ok, I rarely give shout outs to staff, but Darnell was amazing. Not only did he go the extra mile, but he was on top of things. Firstly, we needed a mattress and foundation. He got us a flat bed, helped us load the mattress, and saw there was no foundation stocked out front. So he went to go get a foundation for us. He pulled a foundation, brought it to us and realized there was damage to it, so he ran back and grabbed another one.Darnell embodies the Costco work ethic. He needs to be in management. Costco corporate needs to take Darrell in and have him show others what customer experience really does and why it is important.
