The staff are friendly, patient, and open to answering all questions. They go above and beyond to make sure each family gets the right dog, encouraging meetings with existing pets and providing helpful feedback. The experience is very comforting, putting minds totally at ease. Outstanding care is provided by the staff before adoption and support continues afterwards, including help with any minor health issues that may arise. The sanctuary itself is an amazing place, described as a retreat more than a rescue.
