They answered questions for my wife, gave treats to the chicks which made our toddler excited and more engaged and helped pick out the chicks food and supplies we asked for as well as helping load up the supplies and hay we ordered.”

“Love this pet shop, it's the only one I go to now! It's the closest to my home, sure, but the employees are so kind and helpful and a good selection of food/toys/necessities, I'd go the extra mile for it. They have great deals if you buy in bulk (the one we always do is buy 3, get the 4th free with litter) and the prices overall are resonable. The parking can be a pain but that's just because of how the plaza is set up. Clean store with friendly faces. Definitely recommend stopping here for all your pet needs :)”

“My dogs love their food. Healthy ingredients and while a bit pricey, there is an option to buy in bulk to save per pound. Ultimately, I decided to make large batches and freeze at home rather than buy from someone else. But whenever I'm not able to make a batch at home and need some grub for the doggos, I'll go here.”
“This is my local store. Occasionally they're out of stock on things I purchase frequently. I turn to Amazon at those times. And always pay considerably less. The staff is friendly but not knowledgeable. The glowing aspect is the Happy Tails adoptions.”
“Had to stop by for a drill bit for a job I was actively working on. Never been, but very nice clean place! Drill bit worked great. Seems like they have a little bit of everything and more. Nice place, will visit again :)”

“This is my go to pet store. They’re always friendly. They have a lot of different brands of dog food. I went to a very affordable dental cleaning mobile service sponsored here it included a vet check -they do it twice a year. It was a fraction of the price at my vets and they don’t knock your dog out. They also have a self service dog wash.”
“If you have fish or are looking into getting fish PLEASE go see Jenna at this location!! She is extremely knowledgeable and helped my family and I learn so much on how to start and maintain a new fish tank. Jenna is a GEM!

“The employees were so welcoming and kind and the store was clean. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of a lack of XS dog harnesses and collars. I really wanted to make a purchase on a harness but couldn’t find one that I liked that would fit my puppy. The other reason for a 4 star is for the lack of shopping carts. I saw a high volume of customers here and only 3 carts. I had to keep putting my stuff on the floor to look at the collars and harnesses.”

“Lewis is so happy to have his new piggy baby. He got one a few months ago, but then his sister demolished it. We tried to order another one a couple of times, but there were none in stock. This time it worked, and so he got a new one this week. And he is so happy!”
“Grooming at PetSmart in Carmichael definitely deserves 5 stars. Madii is amazing. She did a great job with two of my dogs. One of them is Pomeranian Belle and second one is mixed GSD and Akita Draco. My dogs were not stressed at all. Draco is shedding 365 days. He looks amazing. She took enough time to make sure that they get the best service. Thank you Madii and look forward to see you on the next grooming appointment.”

“We LOVE this place! Whenever we call last minute they can get my Newfoundland in right away. My dog loves coming here, she runs right in so I know she loves being here or she would not get out of the car. She also stays overnight and we know she is in great hands. She also comes homes looking amazing with a great grooming/haircut. Thank you Just Like Magic Grooming!”
“We're so pleased with the Vetco staff. Very knowledgeable and they were gentle with our puppy. He had no idea that he was getting vaccinated with microchip. He's not afraid of them. A plus is that their prices are much less than our regular veterinarian who charges almost double for the 5 in 1 vaccine then adds a vet tech fee which Vetco does not charge. We'll continue to bring our fur kids to Vetco for their available services.”
“My dog is always received well by the staff except the girl who checked him in was immensely cold, and put off by my dog she held him like he was gross or something However she’s not the only staff. If she were I would not have left him in her care.
He got a deshedding bath while he was there, and wow awesome job!!!
I do not allow them to do his nails they’ve cut off too short and one groomer I caught being rough with my dog and talking with pursed lips so that couldn’t of been saying very nice words
My dog is very untrusting about his nails now, he was only 1 1/2 when I quit using petsmart for the nails, and prayed for help finding someone else. I did two hours away two little old ladies
It’s around thanksgiving time now and I had a procedure done so boarded Pete there
