“I went there to get copies made. I got a lil light headed due to a condition I have. The female and male staff were so helpful and attentive to my needs. The nice lady led me to a chair, got me some water and made sure I was ok before leaving. And also got my copies done. Great store and great people.”
“I really want to thank Rommel for his caring and kindness. I had to create a program for my mother-in-laws service and I was ready to snap. The service was the next day, I'm the least creative person, and didn't know how to get the program printed. I waited in line not sure if Fed Ex could even help me. I explained that I had the program on my laptop and Rommel took it from there. Helped me send the file to Fed Ex, printed a sample for approval and then printed all the copies that I needed for the service. At first said he could have the job done by the next day at noon but had it done in 15 minutes. Few words were exchanged because I was a wreck but at the end, he put his hand out. That is amazing customer service and a genuine person. I appreciate your help more than you know!”
