The staff is helpful and friendly. They helped me connect my back to back reservations so I didn't have to come back and check-in. The truck had a lot of battle scars, but ran and worked well.
They have an afterhours drop box to drop off when the office is closed. I even received a follow up call a few days later to make sure everything was okay. (Nice touch!)
They are located fairly close to Denio's Farmers Market. Overall a great experience. We highly recommend them!”

“I took this trailer to move my son to L.A. The long drive wasn't hard the large trailer was easy to handle. Great team of employees same faces over the years. Well socked equipment is very well maintained. Professional group of people dedicated to service. Even the new younger people are very helpful and polite. I am lucky to have this location near my summer home.”

“I would give them 5 stars but I'm reserving the last star, only because whomever owns this franchise, doesn't deserve the few wonderful overworked, understaffed workers. They professionally work at their optimum despite the overwhelming business. There's only so much they can do with so many customers coming in and out! They need help. The workers ( 1 or 2) at a time, never complain, are very helpful and kind. It's insanely obvious the 1 or 2 on any given shift are wearing so many hats on their shift. I've used this uhaul several times in the last several years and it's always the same. Great workers, not enough of them.”
