Staff come off ride. Placed an order on lone for pick on there app togo yet i had to find my own order. Defeats the purpose of it.

I don't want to share the exact details publicly but I had a very awkward situation there while trying to help someone out and the staff were totally understanding, patient, and respectful in multiple directions.
