“What an experience at this store. Thanks to them for rectifying their mistake and making me one happy customer.

Back story: I went in two weeks ago to find out what was wrong with my phone, after 2 hours in the store, parts had to be ordered. I was advised that they would email me when I could come in for the repair. After many unsuccessful attempts trying to reach someone at the store, I decided to go in the following week after not getting an update. Was assured the repair would be done and to come back in 2 hours. Returned, but phone wasn’t fully repaired as there was a miscommunication on their side.
Kevin and Grace, made sure that I didn’t leave without a phone. They apologized and I got given a new phone. Apple Store dropped the ball on this one, but made sure that me, as a customer, was left satisfied at the end of it all.”
