Apartments are nice and the location is good, but the management recently is beyond frustrating to deal with. It never used to be like this but billing issues and billing policy changes without a heads up should be expected. This property, otherwise, would be a great place to live.

Package theft is rampant, even USPS mailboxes broken into. Cars parked on street are guaranteed to get broken into regularly. Expensive off street parking, Look at the crime stats on-line. But a big plus is most of the neighbors inside the building are very nice. Recently got new shared washer / dryers that work good.

It’s an apartment. The spots are pretty awesome, though vary wildly in size and style.
