“Wonderful property with a very dedicated and friendly team. Apartments are well-designed, well-equipped, and priced reasonably for the amenities you get. Julius and Stephanie at the Leasing Office are sooooo helpful with helping us make a decision when first deciding and for being in contact with all residents with updates relating to the property. Dave with maintenance also has got our back every time when issues do arise. The community here overall is also very laid back and friendly with each other, which is something that's a bonus, and people respect each other's boundaries like not abusing assigned parking, etc, which is rare from my experiences renting.
Big thanks to Stephanie again for helping us sort deliveries by floor in the package room shelves really make things so much easier despite so many residents calling Avalon home!
Definitely would recommend touring and leasing from them.”

“So far so good… cement flooring is cool & all but unless your on the top floor your every step echoes horribly… might I suggest everyone with a neighbor below invest in area rugs… like a lot of them lol only other complaint so far is the fact the gate has stayed open a few nights. I specifically choose apartments that are gated… I expect that gate to remain closed unless someone who lives here is entering.. not open all hours of the night & day for anyone to enter. I’d think that’d be a priority?”
“The primary purpose of this review is primarily to say that Dominic Brown, senior maintenance technician, is kind, friendly, efficient, and good at what he does. He has fixed my toilet and my kitchen faucet. Both took a very short time and the fix is immaculate. Non-emergency maintenance requests are fulfilled within one or two days of requesting service. Absolutely no need to push to have someone come.
Emme itself is good and meets all my needs. I have lived here for six months and have no significant complaints, save for the normal stuff—no apartment building is perfect. The gym is extremely lackluster.
The worst part is the package situation. Management has signs that say DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES HERE; BRING TO APARTMENT DOORS. However, delivery drivers either do not see, do not read, or completely disregard these signs pretty frequently. I feel like management has the capabilities to do SOMETHING about this besides pasting signs in the lobby. Maybe make a real package room? Maybe remove the little alcove that very much gives the impression of being a package room? Bigger signs with less text so drivers cannot miss them? Let's get creative here. Thankfully, I have not had packages stolen but I cannot say the same for other residents.
Everything else is great, good, or fine. I would recommend Emme. Again, I caveat with the fact that I have only lived here for six months, but I don't know what people are talking about with the fire alarm complaints. Sure, it has gone off a few times (3? 4?) since I have lived here, but some of these reviews make it sound like it is a constant problem.”
“This a review for the maintenance team. Most recently I’ve been helped by Eric and Bernardo. Each time I had issues they were great about explaining what work they needed to do and stepping me through what issues were occurring. They are always friendly when they stop by. It usually doesn’t take more than a day for someone in maintenance to get back to me about an issue once I submit a request via the app.
Overall I like the location and price. Other people are decently friendly. Easiest way to get to know neighbors is to just say hi. People will usually say hi back. Neighborhood is very walkable and there’s two small parks in walking distance.”
“My kitchen sink faucet became loose and undone. I submitted a request and within less than 24 hours it was taken care of. Diego and Ramon were extremely helpful and professional. They even asked me if there was anything else that needed to be done after completing the original request. Great staff!”
