The reviews are worse than the actual experience. Multiple tellers available and ready to help! Very pleasant and fast service. Kyle from Telegraph location who helped me was also great.

This is a decent bank branch to visit for all your banking needs, the tellers are very friendly and the bankers usually provide service within a timely manner. They do get very busy during peak hours, so for basic services like deposits and withdrawals, it is often faster and less of a headache to use the ATMs at the entrance.

Stopped in around 10am, very helpful and friendly tellers. Only one person in line. Not sure why the ratings are so low? Smooth transaction all around.
