“They had a few tellers out so a bit of a wait, but Chris S., the branch manager, gave absolutely outstanding service to EVERYONE in the branch during my visit. I was having problems with the Chase Online services so needed to come into handle some things and Chris really went above and beyond to serve everyone. He deserves 5 stars! I am leaving 4 stars bc there was a pretty dubious situation where the line was full of African Americans and we’d been waiting for a minute and one of the bankers who was just sitting there allowed a man who had just walked in to go past all of us and be helped, thus 4 stars. I did talk with Chris about it and he genuinely apologized for the situation and as long as Chris is the manager on-site, I think you’ll be in very good hands and can recommend this branch for sure ❤️”
