Some have lived there for many years and enjoy the community, praising the maintenance team as stellar, awesome, and hard-working. They report that maintenance staff go above and beyond, providing great customer service and ensuring work orders are completed. However, other reviews describe overall living conditions as pretty mediocre. Reported issues include packages being stolen due to a lack of storage kiosks, water seeping through walls during winter, and leasing staff being very hard to reach even during business hours. The process of touring and leasing can be very attentive and seamless, with staff described as accommodating and welcoming. As a new tenant, I met Jerome from maintenance and really appreciated his professionalism. He was friendly, welcoming, and made it clear that any maintenance issues would be handled promptly. Great first impression.

Beware this property does not handle water damage properly and is not concerned enough about putting the health of residents at risk. Amongst other minor management issues this is the most alarming, bandaids cannot fix this but if you want to live here this is what you will deal with.
